Help identifying small amber glass bowl with iridescent design

    I purchased this small amber glass bowl at an estate sale but it is not signed. Most likely it once had a paper label which is gone. It is beautifully decorated with a pulled feather? type of design. It is approximately 3 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide. I would love to know the maker!!

    Does it feel kind of greasy? Might be new from China.
