    I got this at the "free" house at the transfer station. It's really well made. Does anyone care to hazard a guess on the source? 4" high and 6" diameter around the rim. Square bottom.

    I agree, rattan. Probably Indonesia or the Philippines. Very pretty.

    I know bupkis about baskets, but it reminds me of a basket I received with flowers in it many years ago for my birthday from FTD.
