Featured Signed cameo, please help!

Good morning,
Another signed Cameo, as far as I remember, I think is called acid signature.
Can anyone make up a name and is this something that anyone came across. I have seen similar depiction of the lady, similar face feautures in many cameos, is she someone well known.
I know I have to change my phone, photos are not clear, the best I can do given the circumstances.

Just a pretty girl. She was made recently, but maybe the others can help you with the name.

 

AJ is correct. She is a modern Italian idea of a Pretty Lady, no one in particular.

The photos of the acid etched signature are clear enough, the trouble is the lighting; all that glare is adding to the usual difficulty in making these out. Here's what I could do with it:

 

That lady has some very unique eyes.

To me first letter looks like M, the second one like an L and third one like an i, the last ones like S something S .
