identification wall plate

    Hello! Who could made (and when) this plate? It's a woman with a birdcage and birds. No marks, just numbers. 1-13.jpg 1-13-1.jpg 1-15.jpg

    That plaque style was used by Schafer und vater. She does look a bit Germanic to me. Or Austrian.
