    Those flourishes and curlicues aren't decorative, but typical of Taoist seals. Taoist seals are used for protective spells and similar purposes. The style is a legacy of very old Shamanic and magic symbolism, and used to this day.

    And no hunt, I am not going to help you, for obvious reasons. This post is only intended to prevent misinformation, because Antiquers is used as reference by many. So this is all I will say about the seal.

    I stand corrected about the nature of the seal. After more research about Taoist seals, I agree that that is what you have. I have also searched a number of Chinese websites to try to find out what it says but came up empty. The only character of which I am sure is the last one (印), which means "seal." Not much help!
