Can someone please show me what this shade would look like when it was originally used. I have a similar one (pretty much exactly the same) and might start looking for a matching lamp.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

I'm thinking just hanging from a ceiling, OR maybe a 'same finish' standing lamp with an arm for the shade to hang from...........? LOVE the color!!!!

my first thought was a shade for an oil lamp:)

not exactly the same as yours, but gives you an idea:)

My thought as well. Otherwise, could be a gas fixture shade.

Thank you! Now, to listen to my husband ask me "Do you really need another lamp?"
