Identify the bouquet of sunflowers

Hello! Tell me,please,who could made this? I think about Capodimonte, but...want listen other versions.

 

I tend to think of Italian as well but I have never seen a Capodimonte bouquet with sunflowers?

 

Might be Portugal.

I do love the fact that sunflower in Italian, French and Spanish is represented by words meaning move to the sun.
