I also need help identifying the mark on this little Toby mug

    It came in the same lot as the pitcher. I don't know what this maker's mark is. Any help is greatly appreciated.
    He certainly is an unhappy looking dude.

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    Well, I couldn't figure out the mark, BUT set it in 4 images with the mark
    turned 1/4 turn.....maybe more knowledgeable eyes than mine can
    figure it out?? Maybe one of the positions will make sense!!

    The character is Sam Weller. Maybe the Doulton collectors on FB can tell you who copied theirs.

    I see a C A in the mark. Looks like a continental mark (German?).
