Overlay glass vase

    Hello! I think it's a overlay vase. There is one marks 1000/1000. Can you please tell me if this is exactly an overlay and if so, what time period and country is it?

    First half 20th c. I think, and if IIRC, Germany used 1000/1000 to denote pure silver. However, I may be wrong on that. Get a jeweler's or sunshine cloth and shine it up!

    I don't know where it was made, but 1000/1000 is indeed pure silver.
