Glass vase with texturing and beads

any ideas on who might have made this vase? it is unmarked, 8" tall. The yellowish tint is the picture, not the actual vase. Thank you!~

What you are calling texture is called stippled on EAPG.
You have elements of bead and I think the band going down would be called a chain.

I tried stippled bead and chain, but couldn't find a match in McCain

It may be a stand alone vase and not part of a particular pattern.

I think you'll find this is a 20th century piece, not 19th. I'd guess 1940s. Yes, it's probably a one off, not a pattern member.

 

For some reason Jeannette comes to mind but nothing to support that.

I had the feeling it was later but none ever showed up. Then I thought perhaps European or even Indian Jain glass.
