Odd-shaped vase

    This vase is interesting to me. It's 6.5" across and about 4.5" tall. Found in A thrift store in Portland, Oregon.

    I know it's a long shot but any terms / direction would be appreciated.

    There is perhaps an impressed mark on the bottom edge, but it's been obscured by glaze.

    Modern studio pottery piece, I would think 1990s-present. Unfortunately I couldn’t help you on the mark, I do not know any US potters! It could be a local artist, or well know across the country - therein lies the mystery and the hunt we are all after!
