Featured Help needed to ID maker of Victorian glass basket

Hello glassies. I need your help to identify the maker of this Victorian glass basket. I am leaning towards Steven and Williams or possibly Webb. I got it at a garage sale today for $20 and I was thrilled with it.

That’s a nice thing. I’m leaning towards bohemian, simply based on those very bright colours.

 

Hmmm...I am also thinking Stevens & Williams. Here is one with a similar handle

 

That’s graduated rather than cased though.

 

I've seen similar baskets attributed to both Stevens and Williams and Franz Welz. I'm not sure how to tell the difference (if it really matters). Both seem to have made similar baskets.

I 2nd OBB on bohemian. I've seen a catalog page from 1888 Muhlhaus with VERY similar design, ribbing, thorn handles, color differential and shape. It's kind of confusing because Muhlhaus was known for decorating glass from high end makers. These pieces I imagine they made or purchased from a nearby maker.
Nevertheless, I feel like area and era are right on.
