    The ebay seller's dating is a bit ambitious. The shape of the mark is 1944-68, and the style of the brooches is ca 1950s-60s imo.

    The other mark that, to me, looked like OST, could be 750 upside down, i.e. 18 carat gold

    Nice piece! Usually those roman numbers are seen on hinged pieces as lockets. It was for pairing the parts made in series.
