i guess it looks like western reproduction of chinese/japanese style blue white plate.imho
the last word actually i think it's Mei Guo or USA but the "Guo" word for me didn't too easy to read,so it was for it

if i'm not mistake the mark says Gu Qing (chinese ) or Ko Ao (Japanese) it has mean ancient green,but i dont think they make the mark to represent...

the original dai nippon mark were used in meiji period 1868 - 1912,and for the printed version mark is used after world war 1 and world war 2...
