The Tiffin pattern is spelled Wistaria, whether these are I have no idea Kath. I had a vase that was Tiffine Wistaria. I thought it was miss-spelled.
I don't believe that is a glass mark. More likely a cut & shut mark from where the glass was snipped off with shears. Best guess would be Portieux...
