I added pics of the underside...don't think it is 20th century due to the amount of dark oxidation on the wood.
Cranberry glass, looks like a decanter, missing the stopper. The pattern looks like a fine diamond point.
It looks Art Deco to me. 1930s or 40s. Depends on where you sell it, I have seen chairs like this sell on Chairish for 300 - 500.
