That shade,while pretty,doesnt have the fluidity of older stained glass to me.I have never heard of a shade that "comes apart",has anyone else ?

I just dont see "quality" ,for lack of a better term. The cameo itself seems poorly done.
i bet it was stored somewhere very hot,like an attic. Ive seen that before on other art,I tend to walk away because restoration is so expensive....
