Robert Wood is a famous artist. Don't recognize the others. 99% of the Robert Wood pictures out there are cheap prints.

Close up confirms print. Do see some added paint but the bulk of the image is a print. Here is an article that explains how to tell differences....

Don't think this is American. Where is it located? History? Neo-classical style and not terribly old based on the mechanism. Maybe post-WWII?
