Someone removed the bail and pin from a pendant and soldered the cameo setting onto a males "signet" ring.
It is missing a milk reserve tank on the top.The spinning cone in the center cause centrifugal force and causes the milk and cream to separate ....
Anything plated with gold or rhodium will not change/discolor,it's a bad test.
Why would you think it is plated? It is 56% silver,if it were plated the number would be .0001% silver.

What photo problem? the OP's stones are obsidian and the etsy link is dyed travertine or chalcedony.
What is inside the spouted "containers"? what size is it ,looks more like a small cream separator.
