When searching eBay make sure to look at completed listings. What someone is asking for an item is often unrealistic as to value.
Search for Dresden Lace. Be very careful with it, the lace is delicate and breaks easily greatly affecting the value.

Looks like the frame is soldered onto the coin? If so I think the coin has no collector value as a coin, its value is now as a piece of jewelry.

JMHO, I do not think the design is etched, I think it's engraved then decorated with gold. Very pretty and I also suspect 19th century :)
