Even in restored condition, this would not be a $300 piece at retail in my semi-rural Midwest location. You may do better in or near a large city.

Value is very dependent on where and how selling. That $50 price would be about double what I would hope for in my Midwest location.
Not pate de verre but an imitation of cameo glass. Not old but attractive. This is what a real Galle' cameo glass lamp should look like....

I think more like circa 1940. The white shade is just a diffuser and is likely original. Would have had a cloth shade over it.
Most are reproductions made in India. I believe yours to be one of these.

Being European, these could be a bit older than the 30s. Thinking early 20th century. Bit of expressionism in them to my eye.
