The horn insignia on the last 4 photos is for US Infantry. It was changed to crossed rifles in 1875, so these photos would date before that.
These are late 1800s, the crossed rifle insignia being adopted in 1875. I'm pretty sure the inclusion of the regiment and company didn't occur...
