Thank you, I didn't find anything with the double bottom rim and that particular Meissen stamping. The markings in blue are not very legible....

Underneath , on the belly where it isn't so worn, it is very felt like not like cow hide
It is definitely cloth not leather it is like an old worn threadbare stief type of material. Even the ears are cloth.
Any estimate as to age or origin? Cannot find anything like it online or anywhere else. Thanks
