It's marked Sterling. So, I assumed it was silver. Yeah, that grey color is odd. So uniform and dull. I thought I knew how silver tones.

I see the HCH. I think the #3312 is only the model number to it being a baby cup. I was hoping maybe someone had a date code for F.B Rogers.

I agree it's not what we'd usually think of as a creamer. Probably for a hot drink. Also it has some weight to it. A little over a pound.
