Found this today for $15, weighs 2.5 grams. Nice 10k gold intaglio and it fits me perfectly! I got some good pictures of the maker's mark but unfortunately I think it is undecipherable, any ideas? Also, how old might this be? I always get stumped on these rings and dating them. I'd say 1940 and before? I thought this ring box fit it nicely.

I like this better than the white gold one.

Same here plus it was only $15! Any idea on the age?

These were popular in the 1950s, but the setting is off. The mark inside looks like it has a copyright symbol, putting the ring well into the 50s by default.

I think I might see a shield in a circle for the mark. I have a huge monitor I use for studying small watch parts....

    Hi,
Looks very similar to my first signet ring. Got it for my 18th birthday in 1956. It was lost years later by a friend who borrowed it and left in a public restroom while washing his hands.UGH:oops::oops::oops::oops:
