I think the two letters with arrows are a "j" not an "i".
However google didn't bring anything up.
Not sure what other letter it might be.

It must be a monthly periodical, published by Munch.

Think the letters that cluttered indicates are likely to be s, in that old style that looks like f. I don't know how Norwegian transliterates into English, but guessing the second part of the second word is 'schrift', as in 'festschrift', & just means 'writings'.

'Maaneds' means 'month', so Mat got it that it's a periodical. 'Norskt' means 'Norwegian', so Norwegian Monthly Writings. Little word below, 'udgivet', is 'released'. Since only the year is indicated for publication, must be that year's issues collected into one volume.

Maybe Daughters/Sons of Norway or Norwegian American Historical Society? Think it would depend a lot on what is in the contents.

An interesting guy, this Munch. From huntingtreasure's link:

uncle of the famous painter Edvard Munch.

Peter Munch had racial thoughts on certain peoples, e.g. Finns and Hungarians. He despised Finns and claimed that they cannot have an independent country because of their low state of civilization, as he claimed. Peter Munch claimed in his article on Finnish nationality (Om Finlands Nationalitet og dens Forhold til den svenske) in 1855, that Finns and Hungarians must have a human race of their own.
