1919 German Officer Drawing

    Hi, Can anyone provide me with more information on this drawing? I can't make out the name of the artist. Here is the drawing and also a close up of the signature.

    I don't see an officer, the sitter is wearing civilian clothes.
    I read Prof (professor) Fürchting, München (Munich) 1919. Presumably professor Fürchting is the sitter.

    I think it is naval - anchor and rope

    I see a hunting horn which makes me think of the Bundespost.

    The lapel crest is similar to the Deutsche Post Logo a horn

    Yes, a postal horn, which was once used to announce the coach carrying mail. In 1919 the German postal services were called Reichspost.

    Beleive the badge is WW1 British light Infantry collar badge,So I would assume ,the sitter is a British military soldier,not German.
