1930s parrot cereamer

    Has a round mark on the bottom - MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA. Google lens indicates 1930's as a time frame.

    I think 1930's time frame is reasonable. I would call this a "creamer".

    If you search "Czech Parrot Creamer" on Ebay, there are several on there very much like yours.
