1940 FBI TECHNICAL LABATORY INFO BOOK(LET) BY JOHN EDGAR HOOVER!

    A friend found this in a drawer of some furniture he won in a storage auction. He owns a used furniture store that he keeps filled from storage units he's won at auctions - and anything not furniture or related, he sells to me at a great discount (He sold me this + a old Miami Dolphins/NY Jets program + a Anna Nicole Smith Playmate of the year Playboy magazine(!) + a US Postal Service stamp album) - all for $10!
    What is this book/info magazine?
    It is 32 pages & measures 10" x 8"
    I googles the title but couldn't find another. Being 79 years old & made of paper, I'm thinking this might be rare? And given who it's written by I'm hoping it's valuable?
    Any info would be greatly appreciated guys!
