    Since this is a Korean goblet, Papasan is the name of a mountain in Korea.

    Just a thought. There was a battle in the Korean War there. I wonder if it is not a commemorative made from recycled shell casings.

    I'm not seeing it......
    Papasan Mountain was a military stronghold....but not part of the battle.....and the dating on the cup is not linked to any event there...
