Found this in my storage.Sme type of brass or bronze cup with,"August 21,1962,Papasan,Pasun Kprea.Is this some type of sport cup,or what.

Google gave you the translation from Japanese. Since this is a Korean goblet, Papasan is the name of a mountain in Korea.
Just a thought. There was a battle in the Korean War there. I wonder if it is not a commemorative made from recycled shell casings.
I'm not seeing it...... Papasan Mountain was a military stronghold....but not part of the battle.....and the dating on the cup is not linked to any event there...
