1964 Picasso Style Litho - Help w/Signature

    I found this today at a new thrift store - a little pricey ($39) but I like the look; reminds me of Picasso's Matador?
    Can anyone make out the artist's signature?

    His signature in paint is completely different, but every pencil signature I found (several) looks pretty much the same.
