1967- Oil pastel- comments please

Hi,this unfortunately has some water. It was nicely framed with glass. I like the bright colours used. Is this the work of an amateur? The signature looks quite elaborate to me (any ideas) It’s 48 x 68 cm. Thanks for any reply and keep well

 

Completely faded away with the water, as I don't see anything...

I think it is, based on some weird proportions (right arm and right part of the collar) and angles.

 

The nose is crooked too.
It could be by a street artist.

 

Maybe he was a boxer

 

I see the signature as "Goodman." And that doesn't look like an image from 1967. May we see the original frame?
