I have either malamine or plastic bowls that when stored fit inside one another. They
have what I would call daisies on them. Unsure whether they are painted
but once it gets worn, the unsure painted area worn area easily gets worn
larger and larger. The bowls dimensions are about 4 3/8" top dia. x 2 1/2" tall,
    4 7/8" top dia. x 2 7/8" tall, 5 1/2" top dia. x 3 1/8" tall and 6" top dia. x 3 3/8"
tall without lid or 4 3/4" tall with lid up to it the top of its handle. The serving
tray has a small worn spot and the serving tray dimensions are about 12 5/8" top
dia. x 1 1/2" tall. Based on the colors I would guess 1970s. I would like to request help with the decade, the company name and the pattern? I would like to also know are these melamine or plastic that have been hand painted? Do you think they are U.S.A. or Japan made? Thank you for the assistance in these request. Rob

I'd bet on Japan for those.

The top pictures are bowls and the bottom pictures are canisters? And there's no tray picture?

Are you sure those aren't lacquerware?

You are on the ball. The worn off film spots have gotten so big and bad that I decided not to list it for sale on ebay. As you can see the bottom of the serving bowl is black while the canisters are orange on the bottom and I may be wrong but the tray has sides and the inside is yellow and the outside is orange on the bottom and I thought maybe the bowl was supposed to set in the tray. I thought that I would give the tray to goodwill. I would send you a picture but my camera is on the fritz and I did not take a picture back in 2019 when I took pictures of the glass ware from the 100 boxes of glass ware that I am going through to sale.

That is beyond my scope of knowledge and skill set. I take the fifth. Rob

I have an oval tray that I forgot I had but it is broken. I might have posted it on this website to find out how to fix it. Rob
