1974 glasses

these glasses are dated 1974 invitational they have a label that says yacht and country club I have 6 total trying to figure out some info on them sorry I couldn’t get very good picture of tag

 

If you fill with something white -- tissue paper or styrofoam, for instance -- you should be able to get a better shot.

In 1974, a yacht/country club had an invitational golf tournament.

Actually, in 1974, there were probably any number of invitational tournaments at yacht and country clubs.

Probably a matter of luck to match up the glass design with the actual tournament.

 

That's odd....
I've never seen a Yacht & Golf Club....as one.
Certainly not one without a name....

I'd think they were just good ol' bar glasses.
