1974 Grassy Watercolor

This is a good find for the price. Signed 'Hetherington' I think. Dedicated on the back from Doris and framed in Port Arthur Texas.

I imagine you may have found this possible artist. There are quite a few examples on Worthpoint. This one has a lot of info (I haven't vetted it)
