Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me with a chair I have acquired. I believe it to be a 19th Century Bergere Armchair but I would be interest to know if anyone can identify the markings on it for me please? When the seat pad is removed, a mark of 133 GF is etched into the wooden seat support frame at the front side.
    Very many thanks!

Jessica, you will need to post photographs of your chair. Have you done that here yet? If not, sure someone will be along shortly with instructions about how to do so.
