Certainly looks like it, but I have no idea of the origin.
Those twin birds are an ancient motif, and they are still to be found in many parts of the Europe and Asia. They are also found in Mexico, probably also in other parts of Latin America.
Hope that narrows it down for you.:joyful:
I have never seen them alongside a human figure though, so the combo could be something to look for.
(This is where the discussion begins if it is in fact a human figure :wacky:)
Maybe start with Mexican as part of a search term?

    Thank you !

I thought about Mexico too (and I've tried that), but it appears as Mexican earrings are bigger or larger (these ones are rather tiny).
Couldn't find anything with a human figure in between 2 birds either..
The engraving made me think of Latvia- I've seen similar engraving on Latvian brooches somewhere.. but I can't find anything similar.. these birds have the same dotted pattern on them (https://www.etsy.com/dk-en/listing/266225059/silver-waterbird-earrings-sterling), but my deduction might be too far fetched ?? :):playful::D

Yes, Mexican earrings generally are. I thought it a starting point because it is closest to where you are. But jewellery travels. And it could even have been made by someone around the corner from you.:hilarious: Anyone can be inspired by historic motifs.
    Probably.;)
On the other hand, the Baltic nations are still very much into the Baltic and Viking Revival. You never know, these could be based on traditional Baltic jewellery, although they tend to focus on sun symbols, animals and birds without human figures.

Maybe the 'ghost in a dress' earrings will be easier to find?:playful:
