I got a bunch of jewelry today at a mobile home park wide sale today. I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of pearls these where and maybe the green balls to.

    Thank You

Freshwater pearls. The term for the ones with grooves running around them is 'cerclé'. The stones are certainly meant to look like turquoise. Maybe another member will have a better idea than I do as to whether they are genuine or another stone dyed to look like it.

Is this bracelet on a stretch nylon cord?
If so, these are common Chinese imports and usually run about $3-5. at the gift shows I attend.

No, they are strung with what looks like white material thread.

They are Chinese, with cultured freshwater pearls.
The green beads are turquoise look-alikes, some kind of pressed material. Could be reconstituted and dyed turquoise or howlite.
