    The fabric looks like burlap.

    Could it possibly be tapa cloth?

    They look mid-century, Witco-like, tiki bar decor to me.

    No, not tapa cloth. Tapa cloth isn't a woven cloth, it's made from pounded layers of bark from the paper mulberry tree.

    These have the look of fairly recent (1960/1970s ?) "decorative" paintings on burlap, with a vaguely "tribal" look. They don't really represent any specific culture.

    Agreeing with MCM to 70s decorative painting on burlap.
    Curious: what's the female holding up? Her hair? Why? I guess she's dancing with it. Okay. :)
