2016 Rolling Stones concert poster w/plaque?

    This is my latest R&R find, and I'm pretty sure its not as valuable as the platinum records sold award for & signed by Britney Spears, but it is for the Rolling Stones!
    But I can't figure out who Hailey Pryor is & why the plaque was made for her & what did she do to make a record $1,444,00? (Could the Stones make that much at 1 show? - Maybe she booked the venue for them that made the largest payday for that tour?)
    Googling her name alone brought up pics of different bands, and 1 Hailey Pryor who worked for PMI?
    Maybe she booked the arenas the Stones used on tour?
    Any ideas / thoughts on this poster would be greatly appreciated!!
