I'm having a hard time trying to find out who made this shell. I can only make out part of the wording on the sticker.

by Enchan???? Does it say Enchanted ?

The label on this one says
"Genuine Porcelain, 22K Gold, Hand Decorated, BEACHCOMBER'S CALIFORNIA"

Yours is a different model, so not BEACHCOMBER'S. but maybe ENCHANTED or something similar.
