Featured 2ND STORAGE UNIT AUCTION FIND! ANTIQUE? VINTAGE? TIFFANY PEARL TOP 14kt HAIR PIN?

I found this in the same storage unit as the Bill Blass dress I asked about in the clothing forum. It is a Tiffany & Co. hair pin? (it measures 7" long which seems too long to be a stick pin, no?).
Can anyone tell the age from the box or the pin itself? I'm guessing 50's or 60's - by the look of the cotton padding in the box, as well as the box I found it in was full of 1940's & 1960's horse racing programs! (I also learned it had belonged to a lady named Gypsy Graves, who owned some race horses & later became president of Ft Lauderdale Collage's Archaeology Dept.!)
It has some writing on the side but I've taken a dozen photos & can't get a clear one; sorry.
Looking Tiffany stick pins up on eBay - they are expensive! So I greatly appreciate any info you can give me on what I have so I know what I am doing when selling it!

No, no. Older. You can date Tiffany, if you're lucky to have the original box, by address. Fifth Avenue and 37th Street is... from 1902 until 1940.

Run the top white piece against your tooth. It appears to be a pearl. If so it will be gritty against your tooth.

The writing appears to be upside down. I think I see a "K" Might be 10K or 10K GF
Do you have a sunshine cloth or silver polishing cloth. Give it a little rub. Maybe the letters will stand out better.

Hair ornament more probably correct, as this is jewellery, from an age when any female over the age of 16 wore her hair up.
