The Amazonite lavalliere is in need of some kyratisation;)
Isn't the opal in the middle a triplet?
Love the freeform pendant on the right, Coober Peddy white opal?

I don't think it is,it's just a sterling marked finding from a jewelry supplier years ago as was the one on the left.

One of many projects... design, carve wax, cast silver, texture surface with line graver, gold plate and mount stone. The repair section was a bit taxing as the instructor was a bit sadistic.using the same techniques as above he would smash, twist, toss in a garbage disposer your finished 7mm wide ring and then have you repair to the original condition before he destroyed it.

@Hollyblue , fortunately my couple of years taking jewelry making in college - I didn't have a bad professor. My pottery teacher would smash up stuff right and left tho!

The one in the middle is synthetic. I like the piece on the right a lot better.

The middle opal is a Coober Pedy white base triplet.

The instructor was a great teacher for those who wanted to learn.I think a quarter of the students in the repair class just wanted to do their own thing. The practical parts were partly graded on trying and not sitting at the bench complaining something was too hard.

There were bins of "potch and color" opal rough with no grinding to show the color bands. The prices went up according how much color was visible and it was a gamble picking out the stones you wanted. Sometimes you were lucky and found good color after grinding a bit,but many times it was duds but good for cutting practice...… https://www.opalauctions.com/learn/did-you-know/what-is-potch-and-what-colors-is-it
