90% SILVER - maker? country? (Asian?)

I have a very small dish that is marked as shown below. I know I've seen markings like the "90%SILVE" before, but I can't seem to remember where. Of course, the maker's initials are also not too legible... Can anyone help?

I don't think so, Komo - but we'll see! I'm thinking Asian, but I really can't remember.

 

Think I see GA&CO as maker.

 

Same here. That mark looks Chinese, and if so it's silver.

I looked for GA&Co, CA&Co, GW&Co, and CW&Co earlier, with no luck. I was thinking Asian (probably Chinese) but my memory does not seem to want to cooperate!

Any additional ideas would be appreciated, too!

Komo, maybe Hong Kong is a possibility. If only I could remember! I'm sure we'll figure it out eventually.

Laura, you're right: there's a ton of info out there about 90%/900/coin silver! What I'm trying to remember is who wrote it out like that - "90%SILVE" - I know I've seen it before, but darned if I can remember where!
