Hi guys, I'm really struggling to guess with this mark. I can't find the figure either anywhere else.

The gesture is called thumbing your nose. Google has informed me that the older name is Cocking a Snook.

I was wondering if any of you are reminded of anything from the mark?

The figure is extremely likely to be German by the way. But it could be European more broadly.
