Think these are recent handmade, vintage or antique? Should I clean them up?
They are turning green in some spots. The two pairs on the bottom right look a little brassier?

The earrings look like relatively recent ones, some of which are artisan. The bracelets could be anything from late 60s on up. They were big in the 70s. The one in the middle might be artisan-made, but the other two are factory.

Some people wear copper bracelets in the belief that copper has health benefits, think for arthritis. May have been made for that market.

Quite possibly. They're pretty unisex. Uncoated copper does have its uses.
