A cut edge vase and a bowl with design inside need help

    IMG_5214.JPG IMG_5216.JPG IMG_5215.JPG IMG_5212.JPG IMG_5213.JPG Hello, I have two items that I would love some help identifying. The first is a beautiful vase with a cutout flower design on the top. I can't make out the squiggle on the bottom.

    The second is a beautiful little bowl marked P.R. on the bottom. It has a unique design on the inside.

    the cut top one - I see L E.
    Both would be studio pottery.
    Are you in an area that has a lot of art shows, pottery studios?
