    @Ownedbybear, WAIT.....looks TO ME like your little Pig Tailed girl DOES have some writing on the bottom of her......unless YOU can read it, do you think you can get a more IN Focus shot of the base.....trying to focus on the outer edges????

    AHA! I wondered if it might be something like a Goebel mark, it looked vaguely similar. There you go, you've given back. ;)
