A quilt patchwork style needed

I got this yesterday for free because it has old urine stains on it, don't smell though.
Does anyone know the style or pattern and possibly era ?

Hi! Very pretty, and from some of your pictures, they show hand stitching as opposed to machine.

I don't know pattern, and could guess at 40's, but that's only a guess.

If all hand stitched, it would be worth bringing to a qualified dry cleaner.

A lot of hours and dexterity.

Spring cotton ? That's the style ?

 

Sprig. No typo. That's what that type of fabric pattern is called. Here's a modern example.
