A ring with a big clear stone - I assume not a diamond?

One more from my Austrian grandparents- any thoughts on age/style? I’m assuming this one is not a diamond. As usual, no hallmarks. Any help would be gratefully received.

 

Check the balls and rods with a magnet.

 

There’s nothing magnetic on the ring

 

Maybe white quartz ?

 

You will have to get that tested to be sure.

 

It could also be Bohemian glass. That was sometimes facet cut and mounted in silver.
